Antec Vfd Software
Mar 11, 2008 I know there has been talk in past on the problems with VFD software I was just wondering if any new and better software had turned up for this. Download the latest Antec device drivers (Official and Certified). Antec drivers updated daily. Download Now.
Red light district ludacris rar. Urm, sort of got in working using my laptop remote i get a 'not defined' message on the vfd screen which means it's working. I also have a usb device called 'SG Remote Control Decive' so i think i may need to buy yet another remote.

All i get in the remote section of the software is a greyed out mce remote reseting doesn't do anything. When my computer stated up this morning it did a virus scan and found one in the latest sound graph software folder. C: programs files SOUNDGRAPH iMEDIAN av04.dll called obfustat.YYC Don't know what it does but not very impressed if it really is a virus.
Antec Vfd Windows 7
Recommend evrybody that has the latest software to do a virus scan on the folder. Are you guys all using the above soundgraph software with the new Antec case?
I've got the OLDER model, with the floppy connection and I can't get the imon software working. Like others before, getting the AntecVFD installed problem. To be honest, as it stands at the moment I might as well take the VFD out and replace it with another drive bay. It's pretty pathetic as standard!!! If it IS the case that the older units can't use the soundgraph software, are there any other drivers people could reccomend?
Thanks, brett. I have a black v2 also. I have figured out how to get any remote talking to the VFD. It's a reg hack from the media portal site. I can pause, play and change track in itunes and thats it I think i will have to remap the key's some how to mce key's for everything to work. No fit state, I use avg as well not sure what that's all about then. Have you managed to get your's to go to sleep?
Antec Fusion Vfd Software
On the soundgraph website in the faq it say's it's something to do with the graphic equilizer so i turned all the settings off for it and it still turned back on. This will not beat me friggin' thing. Also stopped vista waking up as soon as it's put into sleep.
In device manager changed the usb keyboard and mouse settings to stop them waking up. This solved it I changed what the button does on the front of the case to be a sleep button i now have to push this to get it out of sleep but i'm not to bothered about that i only ever shut my pc's down in software. If i ever get the remote working properly i should be able to bring it out of sleep with that. For people who have vista sleep problems this link is really good. I have a black v2 also. Click to expand. The Antec V2 is simply the V1 with a built in IR reciever. As far as I'm aware this is only available in Silver.
I know this as I have a V2, in silver, with a VFD that also has an IR receiver. Some of you may have already discovered that the issue of disabling the built-in IR reciever (which is rubbish) can now be done via the Imon software (I forget where, but there is a config option that says 'do not process IR signal' - just tick it).
Plug in the standard M$ IR reciever and you're good to go. I too have had nothing but trouble with the VFD freezing all the time. I set it to display nothing when the machine was off, but this doesnt seem to have helped as it freezes up again as soon as the machine is powered back on.
Disconnecting the mobo headers maybe an easier way of resetting it but it does mean that you can no longer shutdown the PC via the power button on your remote. A small cost you might say, but its a feature I like.
I have currently got Antec's own version of the driver software installed, which runs better than the previous incarnation, but so far I have resisted the urge to let it update to the newest beta, for fear that it will stop working. Has anyone actually managed to install the latest imon software and get it working with the V2 vfd? And more importantly: does it actually make any difference? - Edit: If my memory serves me right, Antec have renamed all the fusion cases to avoid any more confusion over version numbers.
