Dean, I'm hearing of more people who are also having this issue when printing. This user has the HP 800, and they do have the latest drivers from HP. The user in this case was using the old.pc3 plotter wizard and getting an error 'Test Failed' then 'Bad System Driver'. I had him try to connect to the Printer without using the Wizard - just choosing the HP from the System Printer list in the Print Command. He gets an error that refers to a DWF when he tries that, which seems very odd. Can we revisit this issue?
He is able to save to PDF and then print the PDF to the HP just fine. As it stands the user cannot print to the HP 800ps from 2015 at all, even though he could from 2014.
