Ok so I know that rachel will get her updated model in doa5 ultimate, but I just don't dig her updated face compare to her sigma 1 and sigma 2 version. So far I know only her ninja gaiden 1 model being ported (9 year old game model).

Xnalara Contains No Mesh File; Xnalara Latest Version; Also you will need.NET 3.5 which I get the same issue asXMokouX, but more severe. Anyways, the optimization.

That's the one with her old face which looks quite terrible compare to her sigma 1 / sigma 2 face. If there's already a dump for sigma 1 or sigma 2 xnalara model for her, please let me know. Her ninja gaiden 1 face I just found out on xentax that her sigma 1 model was actually rippable 3 years ago. The format converter provided me with her model in wavefront format, but the texture of the model is not yet extracted. Here's the head model comparison without some texture or color, I really can't tell much just by looking at white surfaces because it doesn't highlight anything for me to notice them. However it's clear that the shape of the chin is different, and the lower lip is less thick, maybe that's why her sigma 1 appearance looks better than her ninja gaiden 1 appearance anyway, here's the wavefront raw dump from the ninja gaiden sigma rachel. No texture, but I hope someone can get some good use out of it.

After spending tons of time in saints row's character creation trying make a good looking face, I noticed the features that screwed up rachel's face dead or alive rachel her eyes are now wider apart, but her eyes became smaller and beadier, but most importantly they got moved to a higher position. This makes her eyes look abnormally masculine.

Her face overall got slightly longer and sharper, her mouth also got moved down, but her cheeks aren't moved at all so now it looks like a big upside down triangle. The nose bridge also has this sharp turn from her forehead which becomes another focus on her face that overshadows her better looking facial features.

Her eye brows have always been the same, but now it just goes with the eyes to make the face look awful. It becomes apparent when you compare rachel's face with helena's face. Helena's face has relatively rounder eyes even though they aren't much wider. Her face is also rounder and her lips aren't as thick and exaggerated. Helena's face looks good, I think this is indisputable, right? Now if you say rachel's face fits her type because she's angry demon hunter or what not, why not look at christie? She has that same angry eye brow, but her eyes are still big and rounder than rachel's.

Christie in her leather suit is essentially the same as rachel, but her face still looks more womanly than rachel's. The thing is, rachel didn't look like this before, her eyes were rounder and weren't placed as high in sigma 1 and sigma 2. I weren't particularly happy with her sigma faces, but at least they aren't as horrid as her doa5u face. It's almost like Tecmo just copy pasted that ugly ninja gaiden 2 sonia eyes directly to doa5u rachel now every time I see rachel's face, I can't help but overlap that with taylor lautner.

To each his own, I suppose. I see what you're saying in the differences, but at the end of the day. All of the DOA characters look different from the original iterations (DOA1 Kasumi vs DOA5 Kasumi ). Rachel's initial design is almost 10 years old already. Did they do some copy & paste to make her mesh, possibly. Personally, I think they did a great job of bringing her look forward.

I think her personality is still true to character, so I can't think of anything to fault TN on beyond difference in artistic preferences. I still like the Sigma model as well, but not enough for me to be disinterested in it. I'm campaigning for other classic stuff to get moved forward before that.
